RULES FOR RENTAL OF THE CLUB HOUSE

Dear residents of El Casar:

Our clubhouse is a fantastic facility but is currently underutilized. The Board has decided that it should be used by those residents who want to celebrate events. See below terms of use:

Reservation Protocol

The Clubhouse is available only to residents. Please note that neither the enclosure heated pool, outdoor pool and terrace near the clubhouse, can be used for these celebrations.

Reservations should be directed to the email address of the Administration cristina@belencalleja.com. The price for the celebration is 100 €, which amount to deposit another 100 € is added, and will be returned once check the good state in which they have left the premises.

The events that occur after hours, require the assistance of an employee of El Casar during the event to control the air conditioning, table lights, bar and kitchen facilities, and finally properly close the enclosure. The charge for this service is 14 € / hour and must be paid at time of booking.

Timetable

The evening entertainment for adults only be held on Fridays and Saturdays. The music must end at 00.00 h. and all guests must leave the clubhouse at 00.30 h. Attendees should respect the neighbours who live near the Clubhouse keeping noise to a minimum.

Children’s parties can be held any day of the week.

The Clubhouse must be ordered, cleaned and disinfected before leaving the site and leave it in its original state.

We would like to inform you about COVID sanitary recommendations to take into account:

Use non re-usable glasses, one per person and no buffet in case people are touring food or using serving utensils. Use non re-usable utensils and avoid anything that could cause any infection to spread.

Capacity: 40 people and of course if they maintain the minimum security personal distance of 1,5 m.
